If your application was built by a GlobalCove Technologies partner (such as DevNitro, Inc.), your use of the GCT Framework is already covered under that partner's license. You do not need to purchase a separate license. A direct license is only required if you discontinue your relationship with that partner and wish to continue receiving updates and new versions of the GCT Framework independently.

You keep full use of the latest version of the GCT packages you received during your active license. Your applications will continue to run without interruption. You simply stop receiving future updates, security patches, and new releases. If you decide to renew later, you'll immediately regain access to everything released in the meantime.
Absolutely. Contact us and we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Your existing project stays fully covered during the transition.
No. Licenses are per-project or per-organization, not per-seat. Your entire development team can use the framework under a single license with no additional per-developer fees.
After purchasing your license, you'll receive credentials for our private NuGet feed. Add it to your NuGet.config and restore packages just like any public NuGet dependency. It works seamlessly with Visual Studio, Rider, and CI/CD pipelines.
A production application is any deployed instance serving end users or processing live data. Development, staging, QA, and demo environments are unlimited and don't count toward your license. Multiple deployed instances of the same application (e.g., for load balancing) count as one.
Project licenses include email support with a 48-hour response time. Organization licenses receive priority support with a 24-hour response time. Source Code licensees get direct access to our engineering team with dedicated onboarding.

The GlobalCove Technologies Framework, including all GlobalCove.* NuGet packages, compiled assemblies, documentation, and associated materials (collectively, the "Software"), is the proprietary and confidential property of GlobalCove Technologies, LLC ("GlobalCove").
Subject to your purchase of a valid license and compliance with the terms set forth herein, GlobalCove grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

The Software is proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of GlobalCove Technologies, LLC. You agree to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Software and to prevent unauthorized access or use.
Access to updates, security patches, and new versions of the Software requires an active license. Upon expiration or termination of your license, your access to the private NuGet repository and future updates will be revoked. You may continue to use the version of the Software obtained during your active license period, subject to the restrictions herein.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBALCOVE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
GlobalCove may terminate this license immediately upon written notice if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 3 (Restrictions), 4 (Confidentiality), 6 (Disclaimer), and 8 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination of this license.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of North Carolina for any disputes arising under this agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GlobalCove Technologies, LLC regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GlobalCove.
